Rich and Amy Madden are a great team to work with whether you are buying a home and/ or selling your home. We have worked with them on both ends and they were fantastic to work with. They communicated with us very frequently and good communication is of utmost importance. They are both very professional and very knowledgeable in all real estate matters. In addition to being great at what they do, buying and selling homes, they went well beyond our expectations of what real estate agents do for their clients. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and have never had a real estate agent show up on moving day to help us move in, unpack boxes and organize things and even provided us with s fabulous home cooked meal. Rich and Amy are the best and I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.
