We had the pleasure of meeting Rich at an open house he was hosting in Fountain Hills a few months ago. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and we really connected with him. Rich was able to put our offer together and get it submitted the next morning before the open house went live. He had a few tricks up his sleeve on how we could make our offer more desirable to the sellers without getting into a bidding war. Ultimately our offer was accepted within 48 hours!!! We were so impressed with his ethics and professionalism. His knowledge and expertise were vital to us securing the home, and his communication was awesome throughout the entire process.
